Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a dual licensed attorney. I have been licensed in Louisiana since 1990 and in Texas since 1994. I have been in private practice for nearly 24 years, with the exception of the nearly three years that I spent drafting legislation for the Appropriations Committe of the Louisiana House of Representatives, which deals with the state budget, near the start of my legal career. I have represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in many different types of civil litigation, and have handled multi-million dollar litigation.

I believe that community involvement is important. For almost three years, I was a volunteer for Child Advocates, which reports to courts regarding the safety and well-being of abused and neglected children.
