Admitted to practice before all courts in Michigan, US Federal District Courts for Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and The Supreme Court of the United States. 

My law practice primarily involves the representation of defendants in all criminal matters including white collar criminal defense. I've tried murder, robbery, sexual assault, drug cases and alcohol and drug related driving offenses, among other criminal matters.

I conduct internal investigations for institutions, such as, corporations, foundations, nonprofit, governmental and educational institutions.

I specialize in the representation of small business entreprises from start-up through reorganization, as well as, provide general legal counsel. I help entrepreneurs chose the business form that best meets their operational needs.
