Biography
Hernan is an associate in Zelle’s Minneapolis office where he represents clients in all aspects of litigation. As a summer clerk, he has worked on complex insurance disputes, he has written articles and presentations on cyber risks and cyber insurance, and has worked on multiple cases in other areas.
Hernan attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he received the President’s Scholarship for students who reflect strength in their academic performance. During law school, through the St. Thomas Immigration Law Clinic, he represented pro bono clients seeking asylum in immigration court.
Hernan is fluent in Spanish.
