I help clients buy, sell, and develop property. I have extensive experience handling the complexities associated with contaminated property, including litigating cost recovery actions and negotiating agreed orders and consent decrees with federal and state agencies. I also counsel clients, including lenders, on the risks of buying and selling contaminated property and assist them in drafting contractual protection against such risks. When not working on contaminated sites, I draft and negotiate real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, ground leases, construction contracts, easement agreements, and property management agreements.
