For more than 35 years I have had the opportunity to use my experience in solving problems presented by clients. Addressing challenges to new and existing businesses as well as individuals is the essence of my practice.  Clients include professionals as well as business people referred to me by other professionals.

My foundation in this community was established as I am a native of the DC area, a product of the University of Maryland and George Washington University Law School.  The clerkship with Judge David L. Cahoon in the Montgomery County courthouse and service as President of the Bar Association of Montgomery County provided insight into the courts, county government and processes.

McMillan Metro P.C. broadly includes business transactions, employment law issues, entity advice, leasing and real estate, succession planning and protection of intellectual property.  Advising restaurants and obtaining Alcohol Beverage Control Licenses have also been a substantial aspect of my work.  I can sum it up this way, I enjoy being a lawyer.
