Hugh was born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri. His practice is dedicated to civil litigation including family law, personal injury, and criminal law. He is a past president of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He is accepting new clients and looks forward to serving the Northwest Missouri region.
