Ian is an established attorney with a track record of consummating complex business transactions.  He represents individuals and private and public companies in real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters across various industries, with a focus on contract drafting, review and negotiation.

Ian is originally from Long Island, New York.  He attended college at the University of Maryland – College Park before returning to Long Island to study law at Hofstra University School of Law.  Upon graduating Hofstra, Ian moved to Manhattan, where he currently resides and spent years practicing in the business transactions department of a large New York City law firm.
