Biography

Danielle Mashburn-Myrick practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights and civil litigation. Her practice includes representing individuals and businesses in tort litigation.

Before joining Phelps Dunbar, Ms. Mashburn-Myrick clerked for the Hons. Margaret A. Mahoney and Henry A. Callaway in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama. As a law clerk she worked on matters ranging from involuntary petitions, fraudulent transfers and nondischargeability complaints to claims priority, tax penalties and stay violations.
