Ikechukwu Emejuru has extensive experience representing clients throughout the United States and around the world. He has litigated in both state and federal courts, handling cases involving employment law, civil rights, consumer protection, and much more. Before founding Emejuru Law, LLC in 2018, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Chief Judge for the 10th Judicial Circuit in Illinois, as well as for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers in San Diego. He also cultivated experience in public policy, legislation, and regulatory law by working for the Pew Charitable trusts and serving as Legal Fellow to Congressman Robert C. Scott and White House Advance Liaison. At Emejuru Law, LLC in Maryland, he currently provides counsel and representation for cases involving commercial litigation, consumer law, employment law, civil rights, intellectual property, and personal injury.
