lya I. Press is a native of St. Petersburg, Russia and a long termresident of West Hartford, Connecticut with a solid educational andprofessional background. He studied around the world but more locally he studied Political Science and History atthe University of Connecticut.  Attorney Press continued hiseducation at the Quinnipiac University School of Law where he earnedhis Juris Doctorate.  AttorneyPress has clerked for Connecticut Legal services, New Britain SuperiorCourt, and Prudential Home Realty. He championed consumer rights at The Giarniero LawFirm, LLC,he worked as a court clerk in Rockville Superior Court; hewas a full time associate at the Law Office of John F. O'Brien inRockville, Connecticut, where he worked on a number of criminal,housing,and civil matters; he was a temporary associate on a specialproject with Rome McGuigan, P.C.
