Israel Garcia was born and raised in Austin, Texas.  Israel attended law school in Houston and began establishing his roots here when he decided to stay and establish his own law firm.  Israel now has deep roots in the Houston community.  Israel is the Democrat Nominee for Justice of the Peace, Pct. 5, Pos. 1 in Houston, Harris County, Texas.  Israel will be on the general election ballot in November 03, 2020 and will make history when he wins by being the first Hispanic - American Justice of the Peace in Pct. 5, Pos. 1.
