Brent has been a licensed attorney in Arkansas for 23 years.  He has served as an Arkansas Assistant Attorney General, Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, District Court Judge, Special Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Arkansas, Special Circuit Court Judge of Saline County, Deputy Public Defender for Saline County, and private practitioner.  He has also served as a Special District Court Judge and Special Prosecutor in various counties in Arkansas.  His wife is Lori and his 2 children are Paige and Trevor.  Brent and his family reside in Benton, Arkansas.
