J. Henry Lievens holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from the University of Toledo Law School. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2004.

Currently, Henry is the Chairman of the Monroe County Board of Commissioners, and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the Exchange Club of Monroe, the Monroe Boat Club, the Monroe Rod and Gun Club, the Ottawa Lake Sportsman’s Club, the Bedford Business Association, and the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce.

Henry specializes in criminal law, general civil law, criminal expungements, personal injury, automobile accidents, driver’s license restoration, dog bite cases, divorce/custody/support, probate and estate planning.
