Although he does not hesitate to take a case to trial if the offeris not adequate, the vast majority of his cases resolve by way ofmediation. He has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of casessuccessfully on behalf of his clients.
In addition to work on behalf of his clients, Kevin serves as anarbitrator and settlement conference panelist for the San FranciscoSuperior Court.
