Biography
I BEGAN practice as an insurance company attorney defending AGAINST personal injury and wrongful death accidents, from automobile and truck and eighteen wheeler accidents to offshore, maritime and Jones Act accidents. After leaving the insurance defense practice to serve as a louisian felony prosecutor for a few years, I founded McNamara Law Offices to fight against the insurers for injured and disabled accident victims, and families who lose loved ones to accidental wrongful death. That is now my passion. I get great satisfaction using the methods of insurance companies I learned in my early years of practice AGAINST them in favor of my individual clients.
