Rusty Graf, an A-V rated attorney is a Real Estate and Litigation attorney licensed to practice in the State of Nevada for 20 years,

Rusty Graf has been a member of the American Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, Las Vegas Defense Lawyers, and Defense Research Institute.  Mr. Graff is currently a Board member of the Las Vegas Defense Lawyers. Mr. Graf is also currently a member of the United States District Court for the District Court of Nevada and the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. Graf has served on the State Bar of Nevada’s Southern Disciplinary Panel and the Fee Dispute Arbitrator’s Panel for ten (10) years.

Rusty Graf attended Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts and University of Nevada Las Vegas and obtained a B.S.B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1992.  Thereafter, Mr. Graf attended Seattle University (previously the University of Puget Sound) School of Law, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1996.

Mr. Graf has worked for the benefit of several non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Bishop Gorman High . Graf was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, June 30, 1970, and has been a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1980.
