I practice personal injury and consumer bankruptcy.  My practice is thus devoted to assisting real people with real problems. 

I have been practicing law since August 2004.  I was first licensed to practice in Oklahoma, my home state, in 2004.  I moved to Nevada in 2007 and became licensed to practice law there that same year.  In 2014, I relocated to Texas where I am also licensed to practice.  

My professional background includes insurance subrogation, insurance defense, insurance bad faith, workers compensation, medical malpractice defense, municipal tort claims, construction defect, multi-district litigation, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, and Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

I am licensed to pracitce in Oklahoma, Nevada, and Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Northern District of Texas.
