Biography
A lawyer owes a duty to do good in a community. Taking care of my client's best interests is the central mission we have in my office.
I look out for my clients and get them paid back for what has been taken from them in a crash or other personal injury. There are no "accidents." These are crashes and my clients must be reimbursed by those at fault for what my clients have endured. This means getting vehicles repaired or replaced, medical or other bills paid, wages reimbursed, pain suffering and emotional damages also reimbursed. This is why my clients get with my office. I am proud of the experience and education I bring to my clients to help them when they are without direction after a traumatic event.
my clientsI am a former President and former member of the board of directors of the Florida Bicycling Association, member of the Board of Directors of Bike/Walk Tampa Bay. I speak before governmental agencies advocating for bicyclists rights. I am a member of the Reese Smith Litigation American Inns of Court. I speak at bicycling clubs and other civic organizations.
I am the son of a Air Force Lt. Colonel. My dad was in the service until I was 13 years old. He was a JAG officer for the Air Force for 22 years. He retired in Tallahassee Florida and I became another Florida transplant. After high school, I started in the pre-med program at Florida State University but changed majors and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in psychology. I went to the University of Mississippi (the oldest state law school in the United States) and graduated. There, I participated in the Moot court program (an trial advocacy program) and served as president of the law school student body. I was also a student member of the American inns of Court at Ole Miss.
I returned to Florida where he first started practicing in a personal injury law firm in Pensacola Florida as the sole associate to two experienced attorneys. From there I moved to Tampa, a much larger town with warmer weather After working for some of the mose successful lawyers, I opened my own practice.
In my spare time I ride bicycles off and on the road and play music with friends. I am a passable guitar player and a barely tolerable mandolin, resonator and ukulele player. I aspire to play banjo.
I enjoy helping injured people get back on their feet. I do that by helping them recover what was taken from them by another's negligence.
I you have any doubts, read the reviews and you'll see why your case is taken care of when I am working to get you back to where you were before your injury.
