Biography
“Jack” Chen Juan has been advising and representing business and construction clients since 1997. His experience and knowledge is why clients often seek his advice at the start of the construction project and business venture and ask for his participation in strategic planning. He represents clients from initial project planning to post-construction claims. In this way, the client can better avoid disputes or will already have a process in place if a dispute arises.
When a dispute arises, he has the courtroom skill to effectively advise and represent business and construction clients. Whether it be successfully obtaining multi-million dollars owed on a construction project, fending off commercial landlord claims of owed six-figured damages, obtaining preliminary injunctions / temporary restraining orders in a partnership fight or recovering damages in a personal injury claim. Other counsel also seek his participation in their on-going disputes to actively participate or take over as lead counsel. He is also retained as local counsel by out of state firms and companies.
Due to his success as a business and construction attorney, local governmental agencies have also retained Mr. Juan when faced with large scale, complicated claims. He is also a Prosecutor for the Nevada State Contractors Board.
If you are in tough situation, needing to file suit or facing a lawsuit or your business and construction project is on the line, do not hesitate to contact Mr. Juan for his guidance, experience and representation.
