Biography

Jack haslived most of his life in the Allen County - Fort Wayne, Indiana area, graduating from New Haven High School in 1971.

Jack attendedIndiana University School of Law - Indianapolis,graduating in 1991. Jack is a member of the Indiana and Allen County BarAssociation. He is admitted to practice before in the State of Indiana, United StateDistrict Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, SeventhCircuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Jack serves asattorney for the Volunteer Lawyer Program, and was named the Allen CountyPro-Bono Attorney in 2001. He is also active in Hoagland Chamber of Commerce.
