Biography

Mr. Bowers is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth District, and the United States Supreme Court. He was private legal counsel to the City of Knoxville from 1976 to 19 84. He is listed in Strathmore’s Who’ s Who and the Legal Network Top Lawyers in Tennessee. Mr. Bowers has served individual, corporate, and business clients for more than forty years. He has extensive trial and courtroom experience representing clients in personal injury, probate, insurance, and family law issues.
