Biography
Mr. Bach is an Associate at the law firm of Stevens, Carlberg & McMillan. Mr. Bach graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science. He then went on to receive concurrently his J.D and Masters in Biological Science from the University of Minnesota*. While in law school Mr. Bach served as an editor of the Intellectual Property Review. Thereafter Mr. Bach moved to the New Jersey and was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. With his science knowledge Mr. Bach practiced in the area of pharmaceutical litigation defense with the national law firm of Hughes, Hubbard & Reed beginning in 2003 until 2006, when he moved back to California. Mr. Bach was admitted to practice in California in 2006. Upon returning to California, Mr. Bach continued to work with some of the most prestigious and largest law firms in the country, such as: McDermott, Will & Emory; Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton; and Lewis, Brisbois, Brisgaard & Smith. Mr. Bach switched his defense oriented practice in 2008 when he began to work with the plaintiff’s powerhouse firm of Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson, recognized around the country as one of the best plaintiff’s litigation firms. Mr. Bach then joined the firm of Stevens, Carlberg & McMillan in 2010. Mr. Bach is licensed to practice in California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Formerly he was licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey, but has since voluntarily resigned since relocating to California. He is fluent in Vietnamese. *The University of Minnesota’s Law School is ranked as one of the top 25 law schools in the country.
