Attorney Lavin is a well-known advocate in the District, Superior, Housing and Juvenile Court Departments of the Massachusetts Trial Court given his substantial experience in trying cases to verdict. Outside of the courtroom, he advises individuals, businesses and families across all domains of their legal needs. Attorney Lavin’s representative clients include condominium trustees and business owners concerning corporate governance, entity formation, employment, trust and estate litigation and administration, insurance coverage and risk management. Attorney Lavin’s passion is his work representing juveniles before the Juvenile Court and assisting families in care and protection matters often interfacing with the Department of Children and Families.

Attorney Lavin graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Suffolk University Law School, Evening Division. While at Suffolk, Attorney Lavin worked full-time for one of the largest public housing authorities in the United States.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Attorney Lavin is a life-long resident of Massachusetts. He lives on the South Shore with his wife and children.
