Attorney Wiese gained extensive courtroom experience through his work in both criminal defense and family law before joining Tracey Wood & Associates. His current work focuses on criminal defense, OWI cases, and appeals.

Attorney Wiese attended Marquette University as an undergrad where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. He attended law school at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he received a Juris Doctorate in 2020.

Attorney Wiese is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the National College for DUI Defense, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and a Member of the Dane County Bar Association Delivery of Legal Services Committee. He is also involved as a Big in the Big Brother Big Sisters program, an organization Tracey Wood & Associates has sponsored for years.
