Jacqueline Swanson is a partner at Graves & Swanson LLC, which provides representation to individuals seeking assistance in victim rights law, employment law, family law, and personal injury. Ms. Swanson is particularly passionate about representing survivors of sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and sexual harassment in civil litigation. 

Ms. Swanson believes that survivors have the ultimate right to decide the means, manner and method by which they respond to what happened to them.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Swanson worked as a sexual assault victim advocate in several non-profit community organizations.  As a result of that work -- and as a result of her desire to represent survivors of sexual abuse -- Ms. Swanson enrolled in law school, and has dedicated her legal career to providing holistic assistance to victims of sexual violence seeking redress within the civil justice system. 

At Graves & Swanson LLC, Ms. Swanson aids victims in obtaining the resources they need to help rebuild their lives, while simultaneously ensuring institutional and individual accountability.  This, in turn, helps prevent future victimization, incentivizes policy change and legal reform, and empowers survivors to seek the justice they rightly deserve.
