Jacqueline Brown Scott is a San Francisco immigration attorney. Her practice focuses primarily on family-based immigration and defense from deportation and removal.  She also represents individuals seeking United States citizenship. 

Jacqueline is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyer's Association, and the Queen's Bench. She is also the Co-Chair of the San Francisco Bar Association's Barristers Immigration Section. Jacqueline received a JD cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she concentrated her studies on human rights and refugee law.  

In addition to running her own practice, Jacqueline is the creator and editor of a popular immigration blog that deals with new immigration case law in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
