Attorney Jacqueline Voss Lees has been practicing law in Salem, Massachusetts for over 20 years. She operates a general practice law firm with a concentration in estate planning and administration, elder law, divorce, guardianship & conservators, estate taxation, real estate and small business organization.

Attorney Voss Lees gradutated from Providence College in 1987.  She earned her law degree (JD) in 1990 from Western New England College School of Law.  After almost 20 years of practice, Attorney Voss Lees decided to further her education and obtained her Master’s of Law Degree (LLM) in Estate Planning and Elder Law in 2010 from Western New England College School of Law.

Upon graduation from law school in 1990, she taught legal research and writing at her alma mater.  In 1991 she began working at the Law Office of Carl D. Goodan in Salem until January 2001.  In January 2001, she opened the Law Office of Jacqueline Voss Lees in Salem.  Attorney Voss Lees also is of counsel to the Law Office of Welch and Muzio.

Attorney Voss Lees is a member of the Massachusetts and Connecticut state and Federal bars.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
