Jakub's legal practices focuses on family-based immigrant visas, fiancee visas, same sex marriage-based visas, complex naturalization matters, unlawful presence waivers, change of status cases and many more. He is a Polish and Spanish speaking immigration attorney practicing in the Metro Detroit area.

As a son of hard-working immigrants from Poland, Jakub understands the struggles people experience in their every day lives. That is why he takes his clients’ questions and concerns seriously.

Jakub has a diverse international background, having lived in Poland and Spain. 

At the Wayne State University Law School, Jakub was a member of the Immigration Law Clinic which he completed with honors. He also gained valuable experience at the Wayne County Third Circuit Court and at the Wayne County Corporation Counsel.
