I LOVE what I do. For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my practice to representing persons injured by the negligence, carelessness or recklessness of others. I spend my days (sometimes nights and weekends too), fighting with insurance companies and their lawyers to get my clients the benefits and compensation they are due. In 2015, 2017 and 2019 I was selected Best Lawyers "Lawyer of the Year" and for many years I have been selected for Best Lawyers in the US and as a NY SuperLawyer.  I am a proud member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

When I am not working, I can often be found on my bicycle as I am an avid bicycle rider and racer having competed in races all over the country including a 508 mile team race through Death Valley (The Furnace Creek 508) and a 540 mile race through the Cascade Mountains of Oregon (The Race Across Oregon).
