Jim Snow has worked with Hogue Hill since he first moved to Wilmington, NC, in 1984, initially as an associate until he was invited to partnership in 1987, and later as managing partner of the firm.  While his primary interests are his practice areas, which include business law, corporate law, limited liability company law, business entity formations, purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, construction contracts, residential real estate, commercial real estate, real estate development, leasing, and other business and real estate services, as well as general estate planning needs of his business and real estate clients, including  wills, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, advanced directives (living wills), and where appropriate, trusts, when he takes a break from his work he enjoys sailing, surfing, and swimming at Wrightsville Beach, and boating and fishing in offshore coastal waters, in the surf, sounds, salt marsh creeks, and in the Cape Fear River and its tributaries.  More information about Jim and his firm is available at .
