J.B. is a shareholder with Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S., working primarily in ourTacomaoffice.  His litigation practice focuses on defense of medical and professional malpractice, catastrophic damages, product liability, consumer protection, lender liability, construction defect, construction site accident and general liability claims.

J.B. has extensive trial experience, having tried cases in Pierce, King and several other Washington counties involving medical malpractice, commercial, construction defect, consumer protection, products liability and personal injury claims.  He has also litigated and tried other cases nationally on a pro hoc vice basis. Having practiced in Tacoma his entire career, he joined Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. in 2003 and became a shareholder in 2004.
