Jamie Gavigan, a firm shareholder, focuses his practice in the areas of complex business litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Gavigan counsels and advises clients on day-to-day issues affecting their businesses and helps develop solutions to protect their business interests. When matters cannot be resolved amicably, he is an experienced litigator who has handled a broad range of disputes in state and federal courts, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, employment law issues, land use and zoning, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, eminent domain, and intellectual property disputes.

Born and raised in Palm Beach County. Mr. Gavigan is active in the local community.  He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, serving on its Judicial Relations and Professionalism Committees and its Young Lawyers Section Executive Board. He is also active in the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, serving as its liaison for pro bono activities. Additionally, Mr. Gavigan is President of the Georgetown University Club of Palm Beach.
