This has given me broad litigation experience covering product liability claims, toxic tort claims, serious motor vehicle accident claims, complex insurance claims, work-related injury claims, consumer class action claims, and serious premises injuries.

I joined Schroeter Goldmark & Bender in 1977 because I believed it was the finest trial firm in the Northwest and one of the finest in the nation. I carry the highest rating for attorneys for both competence and ethics from the nationally respected Martindale-Hubble service (AV rating), which is accorded to only 5% of reviewed attorneys. 

I prefer to limit the number of cases that I handle at any one time so that I can give personal attention to clients in what is often one of the most important events in their lives.
