I have been representing folks charged with crimes for more than 25 years, predominantly in Hamilton and Boone Counties.  Most of those cases are what you would expect to see in the suburbs, drunk driving, drugs, shoplifting and the like.  But I have also had the good fortune to gain experience in virtually every type of defense, including sex crimes, murder, drug dealing, burglary and other high level felonies. 

Fortunately, in the last few years, the legislature has enacted a second chance law, so that we can now expunge most convictions where people have been able to lead crime-free lives for 5 - 10 years, depending on the level of the crime.  Within minutes of a quick phone call or e-mail to me, I can typically tell you whether you qualify to have your record expunged.
