James Rush is a Marin County native. Mr. Rush received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He has been working on behalf of injured persons since his days as a law clerk in 2003 with the plaintiffs’ firms Banning, Micklow, Bull & Lopez in San Francisco in 2003 and The Veen Firm in San Francisco in 2004. Mr. Rush founded Rush Injury Law in 2005 and has represented injured persons ever since.
