There is no greater reward than parenting and building a family. One way of family building is

through adoption - a wonderful, rewarding process for those unable to have children or those to seek

to build their family through adoption. Whether your plans to adopt are based upon fertility

problems or for other reasons, your parenting dreams can be realized. Adoption is a positive

experience for both the adoptive parents and the birth parents when you realize the focus is the child.

As an Adoptive Parent and Adoption Attorney, I am in a unique position to understand what you are

going through physically, mentally, and emotionally and what should be expected of your attorney.

It is my goal to do everything possible to find a wonderful life for each child through adoption. My

wife and I began our adoption journey in January of 1997. On November 8, 1997, our “Little

Angel” was born. It is simply amazing the effect a new life has on your life.

In 1997, I began my adoption practice and have worked on adoptions in 48 states. I have

participated in over 1200 adoptions. I handle cases throughout the States of California and Texas.

I represent adopted parents and birth mothers. I also receive court appointments in Child Protective

Services cases to represent the mother, father, or child. I am a member of the following
