After growing up in Henderson, NV, Mr. Martines attended college at John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio where he double majored in English and Philosophy. After graduating with honors from JCU, Mr. Martines attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio where he was active in Moot Court, served on the Board of Governors, won two Best Brief Awards, and took 2nd Place in Oral Arguments at the 2004 Moot Court Competition at Harvard University.

After graduation, Mr. Martines returned home and, for the last ten years, has been representing your friends and family in the following areas:  Personal injury, Auto Accidents, Wrongful Death, DUI Defense, Criminal Defense, and Land Use / Zoning.
