Jim is an attorney in the Pottsville, Schuylkill County law firm of Fanelli, Evans & Patel, P.C.  Prior to joining the Firm, Jim practiced law with two well-regarded Center City Philadelphia trial law firms where he represented insurance companies, contractors, corporate entities and individuals in complex civil cases including construction accidents, defective product claims, alcohol-related accidents and death cases, dangerous property cases and multi-million dollar catastrophic injury and contract dispute cases.  Jim's practice is primarily focused on the representation of clients injuried due to another person's carelessness.  He represents clients that are injuried as a result of car accidents, construction accidents, work-related accident, tractor trailer accidents, medical malpractice and trip/slip and fall accidents.  Since joining the Firm in June, 2015, Jim has sucessfully recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for injured clients.
