His focus is on small businesses and in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP), Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, Human Resources & Training. Mr. McCanna is a skilled labor advisor & negotiator.

He not only brings over eleven (11) years of experience as in-house counsel, Mr. McCanna is a former prosecutor with over a hundred trials under his belt.

Mr. McCanna is proud to be an Alaskan Native and a registered shareholder with Chugach Alaska Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.

Currently, Mr. McCanna is licensed in Washington State.
