Biography
James Moore is an attorney dedicated to fighting for the rights of his clients. He limits his practice to family law, serious personal injury, and mediation.
Mr. Moore graduated cum laude from Chapman University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. In college he spent a summer interning in Washington, D.C. for United States Senator Chuck Hagel. He received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law where he also received a certificate in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. While at Chapman Law, he was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Board, a member of the Honor Council, and a research assistant to Professor Timothy Canova. He graduated with the Trial Advocacy Excellence Award.
After graduating law school, Mr. Moore worked for several years at an AV-rated civil defense firm where he was mentored by members of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He gained experience handling cases from pre-trial negotiations all the way to trial. He completed the Orange County Bar Association’s highly esteemed College of Trial Advocacy. While in law school, Mr. Moore was a law clerk at an AV-rated plaintiff’s personal injury firm, a certified law clerk with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, a judicial extern for The Honorable Theodor C. Albert at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and a law clerk at the Public Law Center.
