Jim McCabe represents individuals and businesses in employment and business matters. Prior to starting his firm, Jim was an attorney for many years for one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the country. During that time, Jim represented some of the nation’s largest companies in their most sensitive and complicated employment and business-related disputes. Jim observed that many of the individuals against whom he litigated lacked the same resources, skill and devotion from their attorneys. Jim started his firm out of a desire to provide that same access to justice for individuals and businesses of all sizes who have been harmed in employment and business matters. 

Jim grew up in Tyrone, Georgia, where he played football, basketball and golf at Sandy Creek High School and was voted by his fellow students the most respected person in his graduating class. He went to Wheaton College in Chicago, where he graduated cum laude with his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and ancient languages (Hebrew and Greek) and a master’s degree in theology. Jim obtained his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was selected to be on the appellate moot court team.

Jim is married to his wife Marianne, and they are blessed with two children.  Jim and Marianne love to spend their free time in the outdoors, cooking, golfing, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
