Originally from the East Coast, Jim graduated from the University of North Florida before attending the University of Tulsa College of Law. He loved the kind people and Tulsa lifestyle, so he decided to stay and practice law in Oklahoma. He has been married for 22 years and has three children.

With more than 25 years of litigation experience, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients. He understands not just the law but the emotions that clients experience in trying to navigate a complicated legal system. Jim strives to resolve all disputes without trial litigation, but if the adverse party refuses reason and good faith negotiations, he enjoys pursuing recompense for his clients in court. He has been lead counsel in both jury and non-jury trials in municipal, state, and federal courts.
