Biography
Outside of the office, Mr. Foerst is involved in local government currently serving as Westfield Town Councilman for the 4th Ward. Having been elected in 2003 and again in 2007, Jim is the Chairman of the Code Review and Town Property Committee and a member of the Town's Planning Board dealing with real estate and land use issues.
In addition, Mr. Foerst serves as the municpal public defender for the Township of Mountainside.
