Biography

As the principal of the Law Offices of James O'Neil, James O’Neil focuses on trust and estate matters. After graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law, he served as an intern for the Honorable A. James Roberston II in the San Francisco Superior Court. He has more than ten years of experience and founded this firm along in 2019. His mission is to guide his clients through the complex estate planning and trust and estate administration. He has helped hundreds of clients plan for their futures and manage the transfer of property following the passing of a loved one.
