Biography

Since 2007, I have represented consumers and employees in class actions throughout the State of California, collecting over $50 million in settlements during that time. We at Clark & Treglio have pioneered litigation under the Private Attorney Generals Act of 2004, and have revived California's day of rest statutes. On the consumer side, we have successfully litigated against some of the country's biggest companies and got real results on behalf of California's consumers.
