Biography
James P. Rudolph has experience in family law, including dissolution proceedings, asset division, date of separation issues, child/spousal support, custody/visitation, marital settlement agreements/mediation, Family Court Services (FCS), Child Welfare Services, the Department of Child Support Services and other relevant areas. Mr. Rudolph also works in the areas of small-business and non-profit law. He has extensive knowledge regarding the formation of LLCs, the creation of employment handbooks and employment law in general.
Mr. Rudolph served as a Franklin Fellow at the U.S. Department of State, where he focused on international law and human rights.
Mr. Rudolph received his B.A. in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara; his J.D. from California Western School of Law; and his LL.M from the University of San Diego School of Law.
