I am a seasoned solo attorney practicing in Palm Springs, California.  I also serve clients in Santa Rosa, California on a remote basis since this is the location of my former practice.  My mission is to provide clients effective but reasonably priced legal services on business and corporate law matters.  I have over 35 years of experience in California, Texas and Illinois in corporate and business law and provide legal representation and advice regarding contracts, business transactions, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, leases and other business matters.  My specialty is advising clients in establishing and conducting small businesses.  Though online services may exist to help these clients initiallly, they often find that the cost of an "in person"  attorney avoids incurring much greater costs for legal services later. 

Though I am happy to represent clients in resolving disputes with third parties, I do not handle lititigation matters.  In such cases, I refer clients to trusted litigation counsel whom I know personally.
