In 2002, James earned his law degree at Texas Southern University’s School of Law. James handles all types of family cases. James is licensed to practice in both Federal and State District Courts. James has had casses all over Texas, but works primairly in Harris, Galveston, Brazoria, Montgomery and Fort Bend counties.
