My law practice focuses on the areas of criminal defense, family law mediation and the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and advance directives. In my 20+ years in practice, I have handled litigation matters throughout Central Virginia; I appear regularly in the jurisdictions of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Fluvanna, Goochland and Cumberland. Following my second year of law school, I served as a prosecutor in the City of Winchester; My experience in this capacity helped launch my legal career in the direction of litigation, with a specific emphasis on criminal defense.  I have spent the better part of the past 18 years zealously representing clients in Henrico traffic court, Fluvanna traffic court, Goochalnd traffic court, Richmond traffic court and Cumberland traffic court.
