James is a founding partner in the law firm where he specializes in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Law. James earned his law degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned his bachelor’s degree at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, in both instances graduating Magna Cum Laude. James is an active member of the Queens County Bar Association, Latino Lawyers of Queens County Association and Injured Workers' Bar Association.

James is a lawyer who speaks workers’ compensation in plain language – fluently in English and Spanish to note – which he combines with fierce negotiating skills and a track record of getting some of the best settlements for his clients.
